27.5.20 BPC: Continue to object to housing development on this site. Dovers Lane is a single lane with NO passing places and is also used by pedestrians. If two cars meet one must reverse despite the verges. The development is not in keeping with the conservation area and the site is too small for this development. The building is too close to the shallow rooted beech tree which is likely to be damaged regardless of the coping strategy adopted. The consequence is that the tree will be lost and the development will take place regardless.
