Minutes of Council Meetings

Minutes and Agendas for parish council meetings can be accessed below in Adobe Acrobat format. To view the files, use Adobe Reader obtainable from the link at the bottom of the page.

Please note that we hope to post draft minutes as soon as possible after the meetings but they are only formally approved at the next council meeting and hence for completeness you should check any specific points in later minutes.

A paper copy of the minutes is also posted on the notice board in the Community Shop / Post Office.

There are three formal types of meetings.

Full Council Meetings are the normal monthly council meetings.

Annual Parish Meetings are the yearly council meetings held in April which are usually held in the village hall. These meetings are intended to briefly summarise the actions of the council for the previous year and to indicate the main intentions for the coming year.

Annual Parish Council Meetings are the yearly council meetings at which the councillors for the coming year are elected to the various positions and committees and is held in May immediately prior to the Full Council meeting.
